(17.05.10) Manuela Musoni starts a new working experience in the Effepierre Logistics Team
We are proud to announce that starting from today, 17 May 2010, Manuela Musoni, is doing part of our working team. Manuela arrives in Effepierre after a long experience in the international forwarding & Transport world, having worked for international companies like Nedlloyd, Danzas Chemicals and lately as Italian country manager for De Rijke Intermodal. Manuela get back in contact in Effepierre with Mr. Prestileo, that after having emploied her in Nedlloyd for the first time in the 1988, has now been the promoter of her nomination in the Board of the company. Manuela, in her new task, after the necessary period of integration in the team, will be called to strenghten the managerial and operational structure of the company and she will certainly guarantee a serious and professional continuity of Effepierre as well as grant a further strategical national and international development.
We are sure that also Manuela will shortly become an important point of reference for all Effepierre customers and partners.
(30.04.10) In strong progress the orders of TRAM safety systems
Important orders received by our Safety Systems division of Effepierre. All major chemical players, finally strongly put their new orders, after the crisis.
All odd lots have been exhausted. Now the time to wait to get a new TRAM - fall protection system, is of 3/4 weeks from the order.

(23.03.10) Approved by the Board of Effepierre the Balance of 2009
The Board of Effepierre has approved the Balance 2009. The company has reported, as always in its history until sofar, a positive result. Margins generated have totally been assigned to the extraordinary reserves of the company.
(22.03.10) Start up New offices
10 days before expectations the move of the offices from Via Tobagi 3 A to Via Madonna 21, has been completed. As from today Effepierre Logistics is now active from the new operational office of Via Madonna 21, in Paderno Dugnano.
(17.02.10) New software for data management in Effepierre
From a very simple Excel tool, made many years ago by Mr Prestileo, borned in cooperation with Mr Quaranta (owner of the softwarehouse Quaranta Informatica), who cared for the development and the realization of the project, a powerful data management instrument on SQL Server platform, that today allows the entire Effepierre organization to operate on an high professional tailormade tool, that guarantees the full production, starting by the order imput, going till the invoicing and cashing.
Effepierre management thanks Mr. Quaranta, for the high professionality showed since the first day e for the capability to transform a vision into reality.
(11.02.10) New offices for Effepierre
After the buying operations and the internal working process, we are nearby the next transfer step. We will move just of few hundred meters in a largest and more confortable space in the nice and productive Paderno Dugnano.
If all planned steps will proceed smoothly, we expect to be in the new office in Via Madonna 21, 20037 Paderno Dugnano, as from the 1st of april 2010.

(02.02.2010) Emanuela Antonelli replace Dario Castelli in Effepierre.
After a positive experience with our Team, Dario has preferred to get closer to his house and accept a new challenge in the Shipping World.
In the period with us Dario did quiet well but now it's the time of Emanuela (29 years old) to which goes our welcome, sure that she will quickly well perform in our Team.

Which year have been this 2009? Surely complex but still more an enthusiasmant year. A challenge in the challenge every day, a crisis without equals due to cowboy bankers without any ethics, that changed the present of healthy and succeeding companies and men.
Although the many difficulties, the motivation and the passion for our own job, Effepierre, closes a 2009 with a positive result, in a year in which -contrary to the majority of the companies-, we emploied new staff, empowering the Team of Effepierre.
A year that it has seen us to become the selected partner in Italy of one of the greater specialists of the international transportation of bulk products like Gé Simons (http://www.gesimons.nl/), a year in which we have builded the premises to be between the winners still for long time.
Many wishes all… Many wishes to all our people who believed in our project,….many wishes to all those who engage themselves giving a lot before asking...Many wishes to all leaders working doing facts and not only words, contributing to the growth of their companies, men and Nation.
In 2010, again, we will run for the consolidations of plans and realization of new objectives.
Beautiful it would be to be able to value still some young person of large-capacity, not yet expressed.
Beautiful it would be to receive plans and project from men and women willing to do serious efforts for their professional lives, with abnegation and ability to automotivate themselves in the most difficult moments.
Beautiful it would be to be able to count on people aware that in order to receive, first we all must give....Aware of the fact that only with own abilities and full engagement we will again win our challenges in 2010. Many wishes all.
(19.10.09) Renewed the appointment with the Painter Maestro MILO Lombardo
Also the 2010 calendar of Effepierre Logistics, borns from an opera realized by Maestro MILO. For 2010, it has been realized an oil work representing a silo truck in unloading phasis. This splendid representation goes in line with some of the objectives of Effepierre Logistics of 2010, that will see the "silo's world" as one of the winning field.

(09.10.09) Dario Castelli starts a new working experience in Effepierre Logistics.
We are proud to announce that starting from today, Dario Castelli, is doing part of our working team.
Dario arrives in Effepierre as young trainee. After having got his high school diploma and having made a short universitary experience, he had the opportunity to follow a stage of few months in Ireland, by an important international forwarder. Also thanks to this experience Dario fluently speaks English and started to appreciate the fascinating forwarding world.
In this new experience, he will have an important Tutor like our Tiziana Miorini, that toghether with all the Effepierre Logistics Team, will contribute to build the basis for a successfull future. We are sure that very soon, also Dario will be an other very important point of reference for all Effepierre customers, collegues and corrispondents.
(29.09.09) Renew of the certification by Certiquality
Headed by Mr Traversi, has been positively closed today the renew of the ISO 9001 certification. Zero non conformances. All the Staff received the congratulations of the Director of Certiquality for the very good work done.

(05.07.09) The thought on the crisis of Federico Prestileo, CEO of Effepierre - Extract interview.-
Question: Every day you are confronted with customers, suppliers, staff, with the recurrent question on the state of the crisis in the European economy. How have you faced the situation in Effepierre?
Reply: Our philosophy is based on the fact that working well and hard has always paid back. Our organization is totally dedicated to the satisfaction of the customers and in order to make this possible, is carefully selecting the own partners, companies that in all those years have shown to deserve our confidence. We have always thought that the intention of the big competitors, to monopolize the market, sooner or later would have been a loosing strategy and thus it has been. A small/medium company like ours, is able to rapidly make the fine tuning of the programs and to adapt itself to the necessities expressed by the market.
While large operators have been forced lately to concentrate all their energies in cost's reduction, overall of their staff, we have been aggressively active, we met several customers and many of them have decided, even in such delicate context, to leave their old big suppliers in our favour, finding in our company the prompt and flexible exemplary support of our staff, getting absolute top attention, high qualitative service and fair prices.
Q: Do you think that the crisis is now going towards the end?
R: I believe that we are slowly reaching the moment where we have to re-process a controlled growth, anticipating the events of the market, trying to employ the best working forces today available in the market, blindly abandoned from the big companies, more and more remaining without skeleton and historical memory in their structures.
There are several top people unemployed, as well as many professionals seriously thinking to leave their multinationals, looking to integrate themselves in more small realities, but remarkably more solid and fair, towards people.
Q: Effepierre Logistics offers international forwarding services to and from Italy. Do you see any markets that are recovering more rapidly than others?
Effectively the fact to be active in more transport fields with different type of equipment like, tanks, silos and temperature controlled trucks, allowed us to have a priviledged point of observation of the market. The chemical world during the month of june, made a great performance and for the first time this year, did better than in the same month of 2008.
We may also say that the Food industry of perishable products, was one of the field only lightly grazed by the crisis, mantaining during all the year good volumes. Lately, we finally see also some positive recovering signals in the automotive industry.BR> Q: In the last ten years the operations of merger & acquisitions have been several; You once have defined the growth of the biggest forwarding multinationals blind and often guided by personal interests. Are you always of this opinion?
R: With some distictions, yes. The multinationals in our world, even when guided by good managers, are often following strategies determined by others, as the advisers, this without being able to rapidly modify or change their actions when the market requires changes. A cycle of M&A of a big company, on average has an implementation of 5 years; It is not rare that all the pre-fixed objectives made 5-6 years before become completely anachronistic once realized.
Q: Which measures you would like to be taken from the Italian Government in support of the enterprises?
R: First of all I would like to point out that in my opinion, good companies do not need any assistencialism, it is instead indispensable an intervent of the Government in order to consistently reduce the weight of the taxes of the healthy companies. An excessive fiscal cargo, does not allow to create reserves, so that when -like it happened lately- the economy pulls down, all the system goes in sufference, putting under extreme pressures the all community, that has to pay for the social amortizers. The fiscal policy of the last 10 years, at least until today, has never helped the healthy contributors of the Nation, going on, with myopic views, never looking far away without any innovations and creativity, all elements mandatory for the development of our companies.
Q: We know you also have an important experience in financial matters. Which is your relationship with the Banks and the restrictions on the credit?
R.: Our relationship is optimal, however it is necessary to emphasize that Effepierre since its birth, has always been able to auto finance itself. Also for this reason, we believe that we would not have any problems to obtain credit lines, that however, at the actual state of the art we do not need.

(10.04.09) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION survey
Published in this section of our website the result of our survey of Customer Satisfaction. Also this year, in presence of particularly complex macroeconomic situation, we may be proud for the recognized esteem paid to us from our customers. The documentation published here, has been sent, beyond that to the historical customer's portfolio also to all those customers who in the years have demanded us at least one request of quotation, with the outcome to have forwarded this identity card of EFFEPIERRE LOGISTICS to more than 840 customers.
(15.01.09) 2008, in spite of the difficult economic period, Effepierre reconfermed good results.
Achieved also during 2008 the objectives planned by our organization.
Once more, the first target of which to be proud - for the 8th time on 8-, is a global performance (with frigo, tank, silo and tilt also adr), with Zero accident on a volume of 1100 transports. Our thanks goes to all our partners that strictly followed our rules in respect of our safety procedures and to our team, that have been able to select in the course of the years the best partners in Europe. Special reward during 2008, goes to the new activity of Safety Management, with the sale and distribution in the italian territory of the "Tram", a safety system extraordinary, that prevent the falls from height. Very good the performance of the "Logistics Division ", where in spite of the market difficulty, we have been able to increase our customer's portfolio with names of great importance and absolute reliability. Now, a new challenge in this 2009, but with our solidity, professionality and strong winning character we are proud to confront daily ourselves with the forwarding giants.
(28.11.08) Schmidt Italia became customer of Effepierre Safety Management
With extreme satisfaction on the 28-11-2008 in the premises of Schmidt Italia in Cerro Maggiore has been inaugurated at the presence of Messrs Geoff Vitters (Managing Director SCHMIDT ITALY), Federico Prestileo and Roberto Vanzini of Effepierre, the first IsoTram acquired by the Group Schmidt in Italy. The workers assigned to the loading operations on top of the silocontainers of the German Multinational, has been able to operate in total safety, quickly taking advantage of the use of the " TRAM" (Total Restraint Access Module), the innovative fall arrest and fall protection system that prevents falls from heights. Respective management were proud for the event and counts to continue in the cooperation, that sees the 2 companies more and more sensitive to the highest standards of quality and safety, with innovation and initiative.

(29.10.08) Certiquality inspection visit
Really a good job Sirs! This was the comment of Doctor Traversi, Director of Certiquality after his inspection of yesterday 28-10-08.
Zero non-conformances found into the Quality system of Effepierre Multiservizi Srl.
In the report of Mr Traversi is written:-
" The quality system applied by the company answers to all requirements of the ISO norms. After two years from the certification it can be said that the management system quality, has carried remarkable benefits and these come exposed in all Management Reviews. In particular regarding the outsourcing, the control system is fully reliable" ….and than… Between the company strong points, to be remarked " The full control of the suppliers and the punctual informations given to all Customers". Moreover… at the point Performances of the system, we read: "In None of the processes we report any worsenings. There are instead effective improvements on the use of Key performances indicators in several processes". Surely a strong positive confirmation for all the Effepierre Team on which to be proud!
(21.10.08) Effepierre - F.S. Logistics
New business achievement realized by Effepierre and Italia Logistica, ex F.S. Logistics (Italian Railways Group). With the coordination of Effepierre operations and Mr Tocchi and Giovagnoni of F.S, as from next week the Joint organization will handle regular loads from Lombardy to the Marcianise district. Project is based on a multimodal solution going from using normal tilt trailers from the loading plant to the hub in Bologna, tranship in big waggons with departure via rail to Marcianise terminals and final end deliveries with normal trailers.
Again this important cooperation, will allow to reduce the impact on the road of several lorries, substituted by the rail service, but still in good combination with the road service, remaining active in the beginning and ending phasis.

(05.08.08) Effepierre|Safety Management: Roberto Vanzini enter in the Effepierre Team.
We are proud to announce that starting from next september 2008, Roberto Vanzini (67 anni), will enter in the Effepierre Team. Roberto arrives in Effepierre after a long experience as sales manager by the most important international constructors of trucks, trailers and accessories. The arrival in Effepierre represents a great opportunity for the development of the last division "Safety Management", that sees Effepierre engaged in selling in the italian market the safety system "Tram" realised by STANDFAST INTERNATIONAL LTD, for which Effepierre is partner and distributor in the italian territory .
Roberto in his new task will respond directly to Mr Prestileo and will be responsible of the area development, sale, builder coordination, maintenence and relation with the head office of Standfast Ltd.
Thanks to his big knowledge, we are sure that Roberto Vanzini will be the point of reference to all the customers that will decide to use the TRAM in the plants and above the tank trailers.
(01.07.08) Effepierre|Safety Management
Effepierre became Agent in Italy of STANDFAST Ltd (www.standfastcorp.eu) and appointed as distributor in the italian territory of the innovative fall protection system that prevents falls from heights called "TRAM" .
With the intention to promote with all our energies and wherever possible the safety in the transport world, Effepierre became partner and distributor for Italy of STANDFAST INTERNATIONAL LTD. Under the new brand Effepierre | Safety management, we intend to bring in our country the only fall protection system CE approved available in the world, to work safely in all loading/unloading sites,in the rail terminals, on the roof of the tankcontainers, etc, etc.
Areas of applications are several, valid both for transporters and producers.
Safety First. Falls can be prevented. The TRAM prevents falls by providing a secure handhold and a strong anchor point. The unique deadman's brake ensures that the operator holds the TRAM for support when moving. The movement of the TRAM and the length of the lanyards ensure that the operator is not restricted but is always safe.
It is quiet important to remember that almost all latest death at work in our territory, could have been avoided with a "Falls preventer".

(17.06.08) New partnership Effepierre - F.S. Logistics
With the first orders of the 23rd of june 2008, Effepierre and F.S. Logistica (Italian Railways Group), are managing together a new big logistic project that involve the 2 players in an important national traffic, serving producers in the North East of Italy and receivers in the south of Italy, in Sicily. The realization of the partnership realized by Messrs Giovagnoni and Parri for F.S. Logistica and Messrs Prestileo and Cacciatore for Effepierre Logistics, is based on a multimodal solution going from using normal tilt trailers from the loading plant to the hub in Bologna, tranship in big waggons with departure via rail to the sicilian terminals and finally end deliveries with normal trailers in the Island.
After this first important cooperation, -thanks to the respective knowledge and competences of the 2 partners- the intention is to continue on this synergyc way and to enlarge the new established activity in other national and international projects.
(10.04.08) Financial Statements 2007 - Another record result
Effepierre Multiservizi sl met its high expectations set for 2007 and again delivered record results. Only through organic growth, turnover increased by 10.68 per cent . In 2007 all company's objectives have been achieved.
Apart of our financial strong points, the other main important goals achieved has been to repeat for the 7th time in seven years, a global performance (with frigo, tank, silo and tilt also adr), with Zero accidents on a volume of more than 1300 trucks moved. Again a big plus for all our partners that strictly followed our request and our procedures. In 2007 the achievement of a big warehousing contract, a totally new activity, in which we performed excellently, was a really something to be proud.

(17.01.08) Our partner HZ open to intermodal transports
Our partner HZ transport Group, is close to start an important new business in import from Benelux to Italy of some 20 containers 45' dry box to Milano per week.
This will be a grate chance to move business from the road to the rail with big impact on our enviroment and big chance for our customer to get new equipment to be used in the lane Italy-Benelux. Container's dimentions: height 2,696 mts, width 2,444, lenght 13,566.
(15.01.08) 2007 a new record for Effepierre
In 2007 all major company's objectives have been achieved.
Once more the first objective achieved to be proud of is for the 7th time in seven years, a global performance (with frigo, tank, silo and tilt also adr), with Zero accidents on a volume of more than 1265 full trucks moved. A big compliment for all our partners that strictly followed our requests and our procedures. Top performance realised in all fields. Special mention to the achievement of 3 important successes: an important traffic from Cekia Republic to all Europe managed by our italian operations office, the storage near Milan of chemicals on plts not dangerous under controlled temperature in a partner warehouse with a contract of 2 years, the double growth year to year on pharmaceutical transports.

(01.10.07) Liquid import in Tankcontainers
Effepierre continue its growth in the liquid sector. Another important contract regarding liquid transports from Nothern Europe to Italy, has been achieved. The international traffic in tanks by road and intermodal in import from Nothern Europe is going to become an important goal of this 2007 of which to be proud.

(14.06.07) Effepierre Logistics, new international partnership.
After few months of test, a new important operational partnership has been realised between Effepierre and the Austrian, Spex (Express Interfracht). After the meeting in Salzburg of the 13-06-07, at the presence of Federico Prestileo, Lorenzo Cacciatore, Thomas Karl and Faruc Maric, the 2 organizations, have defined the basis of the cooperation. Spex will be the corrispondent for Effepierre Logistics for the countries in the axe Italy-Austria - Est Europa. Since the start of the cooperation, the two organizations, have acquired and manage together an important and prestigious traffic originating in Cekia Republic and destined to the whole Europe.
(16.04.07) Mrs Tiziana Miorini starts a new working experience in Effepierre Logistics.
We are proud to announce that starting from today, Mrs Tiziana Miorini, is doing part of our working team. Tiziana arrives in Effepierre after a long experience in the international forwarding world, having worked as Operations Responsible in important firms like Valsped, Gondrand and Nedlloyd Road Cargo, where she had the opportunity to cooperate with Mr Prestileo, that was happy today to welcome Tiziana in the Effepierre Team. In her new job, Tiziana will respond to the Direction and she will work in close cooperation with Cristina Musoni and Debora Crifò. After the necessary period of integration in the team, she will have the task to manage National and International partners and suppliers of the company.
Thanks to the great experience of Tiziana, we are sure that very soon she will be an other very important point of reference for all Effepierre customers.

(15.01.07) 2006 a new record for Effepierre
In 2006 all company's objectives have been achieved.
Another important year, for Effepierre! The first objective achieved has been to repeat for the 6th time in six years, a global performance (with frigo, tank, silo and tilt also adr), with Zero accidents on a volume of more than 1200 full trucks moved. A big plus for our partners that strictly followed our request and our procedures. The second objective achieved was the entrance and consolidation of important customers in our portfolio, with which we have grown, getting their compliments for the strong partnership realized. 3rd achieved objective was our opening to the groupage (mainly pharmaceuticals), to all European countries. 4th apart of the strong partnership already existing with our main partner HZ, also an important alliance with a big professional tankcontainer operator became reality.

After 5 years of the creation of the Division Effepierre Logistics, an other important step towards the business excellence has been completed from Effepierre Multiservizi Srl, that it has obtained the quality certificate ISO 9001:2000, by CERTIQUALITY, international agency leader in the world of the certifications. The acknowledgment arrives after the conclusion of the activities' verification carried out from the Director of Certiquality Dt. Giulio Traversi, representative spirit of the Agency of certification, that has reported the conformity of the company to all requirements previewed by the norms for the quality management systems. The certification in the specific, regards the National and International Shipment activities via road and intermodal of several goods and dangerous ones classified ADR, by the use of Frigo vehicles for transports under controlled temperature, Tanks and Tankcontainers for liquids, silos and silocontainers for powders and granulates, tilt and swapbodies for the transport of palettized generic goods. The World of International Forwardings, is characterized from an always greater competition and is crossing a period of great transformation, that it demands a lot of energies to compete with the big Groups that even if not dedicated to quality, they can however keep their market shares, thanks to the work of monopolistic acquisition nearly realized in these years. The medium and small company like Effepierre, in order to compete must continue to engage themselves in a process of continuous improvement, allways carefull in finding creative and complicated logistic solutions to be able to satisfy the customers. The achievment of the ISO 9001certification- has asserted Federico Prestileo, President and Managing Director of Effepierre Multiservizi Srl - beyond that sincere reason of pride of all the organization, represents an important result, because is an indispensable instrument to optimize and to keep under control in constant way the management of all the business activities. Thanks to the clear identification of the processes, the certification allows us to be more transparent towards our customers. This is a starting point for us, allways looking to improve our business performances dedicating all possible attention to our transport partners, requiring them the respect for the norms and to stick to our high quality standards. Effepierre Multiservizi, at the end of October of this year has already consolidated the level of turnover and of number of transports realized in all 2005, with a satisfactory positive result and a new business record.
(09.10.06) CERTIFICAZIONE DI QUALITA'
We have the pleasure to announce that last friday 06-10-2006, it has been kept in the offices of Effepierre, the Certification Audit leaded by Dt Traversi of Certiquality. The Company reported brillant results not having got any Non Conformances for its Quality System. After the next meeting of the Certification Committee, it is presumable that Effepierre will enter to do part of the elected operating in the respect of Norms ISO 9001:2000. The Management sincerely thanks all the staff, that has contributed and strongly wanted to achieve this important objective, not demanded from anybody than our same organization.
(22.09.06) Silocontainers
Effepierre is looking for partners active in the silocontainers' and road-silos world, in service between Nothern Italy and Germany. We can offer a large amount of regular weekly loads of powder to be unloaded with pressurized silos.
(01.08.06) Closure for summer holidays
We advise our customers and our partners, that our company will be closed for summer holidays during the week N. 33 (from 14th to 18/08/2006). During 10/8 and 11/08 we will be reacheable only via e-mail and for emergencies. Just in these days all our customers and all those who at least once in the last two years have demanded the services of Effepierre Logistics, are receiving the results of the survey of customer satisfaction for 2005. An important job where we have dedicated many of our energies, sometimes in the nights and sometimes during the holidays, in order to succeed to put at the disposal of all our customers, the results of our engagement. Sincere Thanks to all the clients who have contributed to the realization of this job, filling with seriousness and suggestions the questionnaire we prepared, that it has been the instrument through which we have realized our objective. It's thanks to a splendid work of our Lorenzo Cacciatore that we have now ready our new Quality Manual. We are proud to start with this new creation, important and concrete, that nobody has forced to make but that we, as Effepierre organization, strongly wanted. (31.01.06) Uno sguardo al 2005
Also 2005 is already gone. Another important year, full of small and big successes for Effepierre, for which we are proud. The first objective achieved has been to repeat for the 5th time in five years, a global performance (with frigo, tank, silo and tilt also adr), with Zero accidents on a volume above 1000 full trucks moved. A big plus for our partners that strictly follows our request and our procedures. The second objective achieved was the entrance and consolidation of important customers in our portfolio, with which we have grown, getting their compliments for the strong partnership realized. 3rd achieved objective was our opening to the Eastern countries, where we are now regularly present with tanks, frigos and tilt trucks.

We are proud to announce that starting from today, Mr Lorenzo Cacciatore (57 years old), is doing part of our working team. Lorenzo is coming from Astra Zeneca, one of the most important Pharmaceutical Industry, where he has made a large experience in the Purchasing world. (28.09.05) Effepierre Logistics, your ideal partner for paint transport
As from next October, we will start with a new express service. A transport service towards vessels and Yachts in transit in the European ports, requiring their urgent maintanance paint. To transport delicate paints became a sign of distinction of Effepierre, that is now active in this market since 2001. All major names in this world are our customers, a proof of respect and high professionality. To transport paint is difficult and delicate, almost all cargo is under ADR rules, often at temperature controlled, with appointments to respect with ships or auto's production lines, always in tension...always just in time. A great comitment that requires enourmous flexibility, energies, manpower and fleet capacity. In this sector of our logistic chain we are active with more than 100 fridge trucks, 30 tilt lorries, 5 express small vans, 2 of which at temperature controlled, all in ADR.

(03.03.05) SNOW IN ITALY
Snow on all the Nothern Italian territory. The snow has arrived already from the first hours of the morning. Situation of emergency, in particular way in Liguria and the low Piemonte. The situation of the traffic is chaotic to Genoa from Levant to ponente. The airport has been closed. The Autostrada Genoa-Ventimiglia is closed between Andora and East Imperia, and Sestri Levante and Savona. Also to Savona the traffic is blocked and the freeway closed. In the Imperiese difficulty in the roads of the inside. In Autostrada the traffic is possible only with the chains on tires. Closed to the traffic also the connection between A10-A12. Difficulty also for the circulation of means spargisalt because of the blocked cars. The port of Genoa is completely blocked: trucks have been invited to not to exit from the port and not to put themselves in travel. Autostrade Italy advice against to put in travel: all the exits of the A7 have been slosed between Milan and Tortona.

(13.09.04) New potential for Effepierre Logistics
A strong restart after the holidays has caracterized this beginning of September and we expect a further consistent increase of the business in export from Italy to nothern Europe and Spain. Together with our foregners partners, we are continously increasing our fleets with special attention to the frigo-trailers (also ADR), Tanks and Silocontainers, this, to be able to respond to the needs of our customers.

(21.07.04) Holidays period Effepierre Logistics
We inform our customers and our partners, that our company in August will mantain a minimum working force present and will only be closed on 13 and 16-08-04. All fridays there will be limitation to the trucks' circulation allover theterritory.

(06.05.04) Nomination advise by General Electric for Effepierre Logistics
Today our company has been selected to participate in the General Electric Company's European Electronic RFQ. This important event will mean for Effepierre to enlarge consistently the possibility to actively play in the European transport contest, together with the leaders! We clearly appreciate this important acknowledgement, that however, will see us engaged only in particular e-Bids, where high quality standards and fair margins will be recognized.
In line with our mission and strategy, transport relations with under market tariffs, are not taken in consideration by our company that builds is own success on the customer attention, dedication and relationship at the right price.
(21.02.04) Partial loads to Poland at controlled temperature
Starting as from next week, with our partner HZ, we will start a new service of partial loads to Poland. With the use of partitions inside a frigo trailer, we will be in position to mantain different temperature into moveable walls inside the 13,60 mts room of the truck. Every customer interested in doing part of this business project can contact us during week 09. First truck is planned to start loading in Milano arround thursday 26, with 10 plts of cakes destined to Varsavia. Still ca 9 mts of trailer are available. For obvious logistics reasons, for this first truck we will take in consideration only cargo destined to the Varsavia area, with possibility to clear goods at Czieszyn border.

Like the Western economies in general, Italy has been experiencing important structural upheavals for several years. Companies, which have been family and regionally oriented until now, must henceforth negociate the twists and turns of globalisation.

We would like to thanks our customers for having allowed us to achieve this fantastic objective. 1000 transports made are not a joke. a special thanks also to all our Partners.
During 2003, a strong increase has been recorded in almost all our sectors of activity, from fridges to tanks, from Silos to Tilt. Important was the development realized in partnership with HZ Transport in the export from Italy to Poland. Positive surprise also from our EXPRESS SERVICES with frigo vans, small tilt trucks and cars in service in the tunkline Italy - Eastern countries.
(08.10.03) Railways strike
Dear partner, Please note that the Italian Railways have announced a national strike by the following Labour Unions: O.R.S.A., FLTU/CUB and SULT (ex U.C.S.): - on 10/10/03 from 09.00 Hr until 17.00 Hr.
- from 21.00 Hr on 11/10/03 until 21.00 Hr on 12/10/03.
Delays and cancellations of trains are possible on normal trains from and to Italy. We will anticipate loadings and raildepartures as possible. If you should have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
