Quality policy.
Effepierre Logistics has decided to have as prime objective, the customer satisfaction.
Four are the essential points of our attention:
- Transport guarantee
- Punctuality
- Flexibility
- Care of the goods carried.
It's unuseful to promise the perfection. In our world there are so many variable aspects that not to make mistakes is almost impossible.
However we can surely do something to minimize the risks and try to decrease as much as possible the eventual mistakes.
To do so we must be fully aware of processes and procedures, love our work and to do something more, respect to the others.
With this in mind our Management thought that in order to be able to positively reply to those requirements, was not sufficient a simple certification,
but to be rather in a position to teach, to transfer methods and knowledge to our partners.
For this reason our certification is not a simple certification...we are the evaluators of the quality system.

Biffi borned in Cassano d'Adda (Milan), holder of the certificate Nr C03940 issued by D.T.T of Milano on 13-01-2005, has been named A.D.R. CONSULTANT for the company, succeeding to Mr C. De Amici.
